Youth Ministry in Communion (YMIC) Administrator

Introduction

We are looking for someone with a warm and engaging manner and excellent organisational skills who can manage all aspects of administration of Youth Ministry in Communion (YMIC) Southwark. 

YMIC Southwark was established in 2025 to support, energise and initiate youth ministry in the sacramental and liturgical tradition within Southwark Diocese. It currently has 13 partner churches in South West London and it resources churches in the network through the provision of youth workers, materials, large termly youth events and  two residentials per year. 

As an administrator, you will have a varied and flexible role as part of a small team including the YMIC Director, Network Youth Workers and the Steering Group. You will maintain the general administration of the project, including managing the YMIC Website and socials, provide administrative support for events and residential and assist with basic finance related administration. There will be opportunities for you to take part in residential and foreign trips if you are interested.
