Introduction

We are an emerging plurality of three parishes on the beautiful Isle of Wight, seeking an inspiring and prayerful priest to lead us into our next chapter. Rooted in a rich mix of village and town communities, with a warm welcome for visitors and a commitment to our resident families, we offer a modern rectory, excellent transport links to the mainland, and a stunning natural environment.

We are looking for someone who will:

• lead the plurality in discerning God’s direction and responding in faith
• shape a culture of prayer, discipleship and spiritual growth
• develop a missional focus, particularly among children, young people and families
