Introduction

Our two churches in the beautiful Mendip Hills area of Somerset are praying for an inspiring and creative leader who combines warm pastoral presence and thoughtful discipleship with a pioneering approach to ministry with schools and young people.

Working with us you would help us to:

·      Keep growing as welcoming and inclusive churches, nourishing and nurturing our current congregations

·      Build strong relationships

• with our Church of England secondary and primary schools
• with the wider church and community in Wells and Wookey Hole

·      Develop our pastoral work through being approachable, responsive and visible in church

       and community

·      Encourage a culture of learning, prayer and spiritual growth

·      Care for our church buildings and heritage
