Can you equip and resource church leaders to develop their own vibrant Christian Youth Ministries?

Can you inspire and train volunteers?

If so… we are seeking a Leader to develop Kendal Network Youth Church, Cumbria.

You will:

Inspire and empower young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.
Develop excellent relationships with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.
Lead and equip local church leaders to develop their own vibrant Youth Ministries.
Recruit and train volunteers in mission, to create a dynamic network of sustainable projects.
Be part of a dynamic and aspirational team.
