Rector of the Len Valley benefice – Part of the North Downs Deanery 

We are the Len Valley Benefice, a family of four churches, each with its own unique character and traditions. Our vision is to touch everyone with God’s love by living as the people of God’s kingdom so that everyone in the community has a story to tell of God’s love as we reach out together in prayer, worship, teaching and generosity.  

We pride ourselves on being a welcoming, inclusive and open Benefice. 

Our Benefice Families celebrate the Christian community through such contemporary services as Messy Church, Breakfast Church, Taize and traditional worship such as Choral Evensong and BCP Communion, reflecting our belief that our Christian Worship in all types, is our greatest strength.

Qualities of our new Vicar:  

We are looking for a Spiritual Leader who will: 

• grow the Kingdom of God by supporting those who already are Christians to gain a better understanding of discipleship; 
• helping people who have yet to understand; and 
• encouraging others to do likewise so that we can fulfil our vision.
