Are you passionate about inspiring generosity and supporting local churches in their mission and ministry?

 

We are looking for an additional Generous Giving Adviser to join our Parish Support Team, helping to grow a culture of generosity across the Diocese of Norwich. This role is central to equipping parishes, clergy, and volunteers with the tools, confidence, and understanding needed to strengthen financial sustainability for mission and ministry.   Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will provide guidance, training and encouragement to help parishes develop effective giving strategies and deepen understanding of Christian stewardship.

 

The nature and context of the post means that it is an Occupational Requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills
  • Someone who is passionate about Christian stewardship, generosity and discipleship
  • The ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people, including clergy and volunteers
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively
  • Comfortable using IT systems and producing engaging resources
