Vicar (house plus 0.5 Stipend) - All Saints Highfield, Oxford

Introduction

All Saints Highfield, a single-church benefice in Headington, is seeking a part-time (house plus 0.5 stipend) vicar who has a heart for the Gospel and community-minded mission. We are looking for someone comfortable within a central tradition, who has good relational and communication skills and is able to work alongside a committed lay team.  

We pray for a minister who will lead and inspire:

•    a balanced ministry of word and sacrament

•    development of gifts within the congregation

•    continued growth in attendance and community engagement

•    a clear missional strategy

•    partnerships with neighbouring parishes and congregations
