Introduction

The Diocese of Lincoln is seeking a prayerful, experienced and inspiring priest to serve as

 House for Duty Oversight Minister 

The Benefice of Holbeach & the Parish of Holbeach St John

This is an exciting opportunity to join two welcoming and committed churches that are eager to grow in faith, deepen their community engagement, and develop new and creative approaches to mission. At the heart of this role is the call to provide spiritual leadership across contrasting yet complementary contexts: a historic and active market-town church at All Saints, Holbeach, and a warm, community-focused village church at St John’s, Holbeach Fen. Together, these churches offer a strong sense of identity, committed lay leadership, and a genuine openness to new ideas. Both are rooted in a desire to serve their communities faithfully while responding to the challenges and opportunities of a changing context.
