The Diocese of Lincoln is seeking an inspiring and collaborative leader to serve as the next Incumbent of St. Swithin’s and St. Faith’s, two thriving churches currently journeying towards becoming one parish with a shared vision for mission, discipleship and transformation across the city.
St. Swithin’s was revitalised in partnership with Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) and has grown into a vibrant resource church with a strong culture of worship, discipleship, evangelism and leadership development. Together with St. Faith’s, we now welcome around 350 people across our weekly services and engage with hundreds more through our ministries for children, young people, students and the wider community.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an established and growing church community into its next chapter, helping shape the future of mission, discipleship and church renewal across .
