St Andrew's with St Margaret's and St James serves a mixed and vibrant community in north Burnley. We are a faithful congregation rooted in the Anglo-Catholic tradition and are seeking a male priest who will build on our sacramental life, pastoral ministry and mission within the community. Supported by dedicated churchwardens, an enthusiastic PCC, committed volunteers, thriving children's and youth work, and a range of community groups, we are seeking a priest who will help us build on firm foundations and lead us into the future

- Have a ministry rooted in prayer and seek the guidance and empowering of the Holy Spirit in discerning God's will, leading the congregation and engaging in mission.
- Share our commitment to young people and help us develop worship and church life that is welcoming and accessible to children and families.
- Build on our existing work in a diverse parish, fostering understanding and strengthening relationships between people of different faiths and backgrounds.
- Play an active role in the wider community and develop positive relationships with local schools and community organisations.
- Work collaboratively with the PCC and congregation to realise our vision and goals for the future.
- Value the gifts, skills and commitment of others, encouraging a culture of shared ministry and teamwork.
- Be a compassionate pastor and good listener who can relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Bring energy, determination and hope as we seek to grow our witness and continue to be a beacon of Christianity within an ethnically diverse community
