Overview

We are looking for an experienced administrator or manager to join the Ministry Team of TM Falmouth to enable the TM vision to become a reality and help develop this resourcing church for the deanery.

Main Responsibilities

You will take a lead for the day to operational needs of the new church plant and wider elements of Transforming Mission in Falmouth.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a self – starter who can take the initiative, is highly organised and adaptable. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and works well with others. He or she will have experience in areas such as finance and budgeting, communications, HR management, facilities management and will also be enthusiastic to see the church make a difference to the community, especially the younger generations in Falmouth. There is an occupational requirement for the post-holder is a Christian.
