Are you passionate about seeing children and young people encounter faith and grow as disciples?
This is a Full-Time (35 hours/week) joint role:
- 25 hours as Youth & Children's Leader at Wyberton St Leodegar's.
- 10 hours as CYF Mission Enabler supporting the Boston Deanery Partnership.
- Note: Possibility of opting for a role based solely at Wyberton for 35 hours or less.
The Role Involves:
- Inspiring spiritual growth and discipleship amongst young people.
- Leading, developing, and equipping a strong volunteer team.
- Providing encouragement and training for local churches in their CYF work.
Essentials: Committed Christian (Genuine Occupational Requirement); relevant experience/training; A-Level or equivalent qualification; Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle access.
