Introduction

We are a partnership of six diverse and welcoming congregations in the northern districts of Milton Keynes, offering a rich tapestry of worshipping traditions – Anglican, Baptist, Methodist, and URC. The churches are set within unique and varied communities, from newer developments to long-established neighbourhoods, each with its own character and mission

We are looking for a Team Vicar (HfD) who:

• has a Christ-centred, biblically rooted faith and a heart for ecumenical ministry.
• is a creative and collaborative leader who enjoys drawing others into ministry.
• can offer pastoral sensitivity and a calm presence amid change and opportunity.
• is prayerful, adaptable, and willing to lead worship across a range of styles.
• will walk alongside us as we discern new patterns of mission and community life.
• is excited about engaging with local schools, community hubs, and emerging new areas.
