God might be calling you to become the next Priest in Charge (Oversight Minister) of Penzance, Newlyn, and Paul, known locally as the Penlee Cluster, four churches that are ready to grow as they reflect their love of Jesus, joint heritage and strong relationships through a passionate engagement with the community of a truly wonderful place to live and work.

Our four churches have been growing together within the Cluster for 13 years. We have begun the process of creating a benefice.
Our vision is to reflect our joint heritage through a passionate engagement with the community. We celebrate the gifts each church has in the pursuit of discovering Christ through involvement with all those in the community whether rich, poor, in need, lonely, broken, hurting or just lost, offering our churches and open spaces as sanctuaries without censure. All are welcome. Together and distinct.

Part of the process will include a vocational conversation that will take place online between short-listing and the interview
