We are two benefices seeking to unite as one, comprising a group of rural communities in a beautiful area of South Lincolnshire where gently rolling countryside meets fenland.

We are seeking a priest with energy and imagination to lead us into future unity. A carer who will share the love of Christ and who will recognise and nurture the spiritual gifts in our communities and release them for further mission.

You will have 

  • A detached modern 5 bedroom rectory in the heart of the group with solar panels
  • A commitment from the parishes to work together under new leadership to form new working structures which minimise administration and release time for mission.
  • Authorised Lay Ministers for nurture and direction.
  • Full support for our priest in needing time for rest, reflection and renewal
