Introduction
This is a unique opportunity to join our leadership team to help develop and grow the youth ministry at All Saints Church and to build connections with unchurched youth across Merstham.
You will play a key role in pioneering and growing youthwork ministry in an area of social and spiritual need. Your work will help young people to live with God at the centre of their lives and support parents in the discipleship of their children.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing youth programmes
- Building discipline relationships
- Connecting with and supporting parents in ‘parenting for faith’
- Widen our impact as a church
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a spiritually mature and a growing disciple of Jesus Christ
- Is a confident leader, ‘a completer-finisher, skilled at building and managing teams and in encouraging and releasing the skills of others.
- Is a gifted teacher and communicator; able to train, school, encourage and inspire.
- Has experience in community outreach, children’s work, or church ministry and a track record of growing disciples and developing others in leadership.
- Is excited about pioneering new initiatives and investing in long-term growth.
