Children and Families Worker

Introduction

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join us, at the beginning of a new chapter, to work closely with the vicars in both parishes to help develop and support children and families ministries that are imaginative, theologically grounded, and spiritually nurturing. 

You will play a key role in pioneering and growing ministries in two vibrant church communities.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Work with both vicars to develop a clear vision for discipleship and faith formation of children and families

•    Build relationships across both parishes, schools and communities 

•    Maintain and support established programmes

•    Recruit, train, support and nurture volunteers

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

•    Has a passion for making God’s love known to people of all ages

•    Is flexible and imaginative

•    Has experience in developing and implementing children and family ministry and community outreach
