Plymouth 2035 is a bold, missional, 10 year vision to see lives transformed by Jesus, churches reimagined, and communities transformed across this fantastic city.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a transformation project in a dynamic and diverse urban centre.
The City Dean will:
1. Be the strategic leader for Plymouth 2035, able to inspire churches to engage in the missional growth of church growth.
2. Play a key part in recruiting a significant number of new clergy to the city.
You will have:
1. Led church growth over a sustained period;
2. Experience of project and change management.
3. Exceptional people skills, able to inspire, empower and support others.
