Introduction

THE BENEFICE OF HEADCORN AND THE SUTTONS  

We are looking for a Vicar who will be a good pastor to our churches, and who will nurture and develop the spiritual gifts within our congregations.  Can you help us to reach out in new and relevant ways to our village communities in service, neighbourly care and witness?   Can you lead us in inspiring and thoughtful worship, and deepen our discipleship? 

We are a group of four villages in the beautiful Weald of Kent. 

We are seeking a vicar who: 

  • Will ‘shepherd our flock’ with wisdom and discernment. 
  • A godly leader who will seek to identify, nurture and develop gifts within the worshipping community. 
  • Someone who will reach out to all the communities in our Benefice. 
  • A leader who will offer inspiring and thoughtful worship. 
  • Guide is in the way of deepening discipleship
