Bromyard Schools & Youth Worker

Introduction

This is a new post, in a unique setting.  The aim of this role would be to build and lead local teams, lay and ordained, that would encourage youth and young people to learn about God and to start or continue on a journey with Jesus. They would work in and through schools in the Deanery (1 Secondary, 4 Primary and 1 Special Needs) and through other opportunities, to meet young people. Initially their time will be split 50/50 between work in schools and outside school. This will need to be reviewed regularly in view of opportunities and/or obstacles which arise, and would remain flexible with up to 60% in schools max.

35 Hours per week – with some evening and weekend work required
