Introduction

Three welcoming parishes on the edge of the Cotswolds seek a personable, missional team vicar to work alongside the Team Rector and established ministry team.  Serving a lively market town and two villages, this role offers varied worship, strong lay support, growing modern estates, and rich opportunities with schools, families and community life.  We’re looking for an engaging, colleague with humour, flexibility and a heart for outreach.  A supportive benefice, excellent housing and scope to flourish in ministry await here.

We are praying for a Team Vicar who will:

• Be someone who is willing to spend time in both town and villages getting to know parishioners who can help us continue in making our three churches vibrant places of worship and attractive to both existing and new members of the communities
• Be a spiritual teacher who can encourage an increased knowledge of the Bible and help to promote discipleship
• Join a positive and enthusiastic team
