Seeking a Priest in Charge for the semi rural parish of Seal (Sevenoaks Deanery). This is a part time appointment.
About our Parish and Church:
The Parish of St Peter and St Paul combines the village of Seal and the area of Godden Green. Seal (population approximately 1600) is situated about 2 miles north-east of the town of Sevenoaks.
Seal is a lively village with a popular C of E primary school, range of shops, library and places to eat. Seal gives easy access to 4 secondary schools.
St Peter and St Paul Church is grade 1 listed in a prominent position sited at the highest point of the village, overlooking the beautiful North Downs.
Worship follows a broad pattern supported by choir with monthly Messy Church and All Age Worship.
The Vicarage, purpose built in 1983, has four bedrooms, a private drive, garage and beautiful well stocked garden.
