Are you passionate about sharing the gospel with young people and pioneering new forms of church? The Everton Generations Project is seeking a visionary leader to build vibrant, faith-filled communities among unchurched youth in Everton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff & volunteer teams in outreach & discipleship among teenagers and young adults.
- Create new worshipping communities shaped by local context.
- Build and mentor leadership teams, especially young leaders.
- Collaborate with churches, schools, and youth organisations.
You’ll Bring:
- A living Christian faith and passion for evangelism.
- Experience in pioneering ministry or youth work.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Creativity, resilience, and a heart for inner-city mission.
Offer Includes:
- 35 hours/week (evenings/weekends included)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Contributory pension (NEST)
