Introduction

The Diocese of Lincoln is excited to invite applications for a collaborative, mission‑minded and prayerful priest to lead a newly formed four‑village coastal benefice on the beautiful East Lincolnshire coast. This key Oversight Minister role supports a diverse cluster of churches within the Coastal Local Mission Partnership and plays a central role in shaping worship, discipleship, and community life.

COULD YOU BE YOU CALLED?
This is a role for someone who loves both community-based traditional ministry and creative mission opportunities, offering:
- A blend of urban‑adjacent coastal ministry and peaceful rural village life.
- Strong lay teams including Readers, ALMs, Focal Ministers, worship leaders, pastoral teams and active PCCs.
- Worship that is largely Eucharistic and traditional, with lay-led Services of the Word and fifth-Sunday joint services.
- Churches open daily, thriving community groups, concerts, quizzes, beach activities, festivals and school partnerships.
