This key Oversight Minister role supports a diverse cluster of churches within the Coastal Local Mission Partnership and plays a central role in shaping worship, discipleship, and community life.

COULD YOU BE YOU CALLED?

This is a role for someone who loves both community-based traditional ministry and creative mission opportunities, offering:

  • A blend of urban‑adjacent coastal ministry and peaceful rural village life.
  • Strong lay teams including Readers, ALMs, Focal Ministers, worship leaders, pastoral teams and active PCCs.
  • Worship that is largely Eucharistic and traditional, with lay-led Services of the Word and fifth-Sunday joint services.
