Introduction
Rector, Mattishall & Tudd Valley Benefice https://matvchurch.uk/
The Mattishall and Tudd Valley benefice seeks to make Jesus known to all. The parishes work collaboratively for church growth, encouraging and deepening vocations and links with their communities.
The benefice is situated six miles to the west of Norwich with good transport links along the A47.
The benefice employs an administrator (3 days a week) who is based in the benefice office.
The ministry team is made up of three licensed lay ministers, and Authorised Worship Assistant and an Authorised Pastoral Assistant. There are experienced, committed Churchwardens and PCCs and supportive congregations.

- enable the different congregations to build on their individual strengths.
- understand rural life and the need for pastoral care and to have good communication skills.
