Associate Vicar of Lincoln St Peter in Eastgate and Lincoln St Peter in Carlton

Introduction

        We are looking to appoint an Associate Vicar to  re-establish a church plant and to pioneer mission and ministry in a growing area of new housing in the city of Lincoln.

This is an exciting role, and a great time to join a growing church with a renewed vision, a developing team, and plenty of freedom to shape, pioneer, and lead in mission and ministry.

We’re looking for a faithful gospel minister with a deep love for Jesus and a passion for making him known. You’ll be community-minded, an evangelist at heart - excited by opportunities to share the good news and inspire others to do the same.

As a pioneer, you’ll bring creativity and initiative to ministry in a growing and diverse parish, while also being a team player who values collaboration and shared vision.

We’re seeking someone who leads with humility and confidence, is pastorally wise, caring and compassionate, and able to encourage and equip others in their discipleship and service. You’ll need to be a self-starter - ready to take initiative, whilst working closely with the vicar and others in a supportive team and prayerful environment.
