Team Vicar - Wallingford Team Ministry

Introduction

Could you play a central role in developing Christian life and worship in scenic South Oxfordshire? Do you share our vision of being an inclusive church that is open to God and open to all? The Wallingford Team Ministry is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Team Vicar (full-time stipendiary post) to work alongside the Team Rector and a collaborative team of clergy and lay leaders to shape our ministry now and in the future. With five churches in three parishes, worship is in the broadly central tradition of the Church of England.

We seek someone who is

•    a person of integrity, humility, warmth, and pastoral sensitivity

•    eager to inspire, encourage and collaborate imaginatively

•    outwardly focused and mission orientated

•    able to support and nurture worship and pastoral care for all ages

•    inclusive and non-judgemental
