St Paul's Cathedral - Visitor Operations Supervisor

Introduction
We are currently seeking a Visitor Operations Supervisor, to join our Visitor Engagement team in one of the most iconic buildings in the world, St Paul’s Cathedral.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Visitor Experience Assistants in delivering a warm welcome and an excellent customer service experience to visitors. This role will focus on conducting, supporting and supervising the operational procedures of the Cathedral floor, roster scheduling and coaching and training team members.
The successful applicant will have:
• a passion for visitor engagement and experience of delivering excellent customer experience
• demonstrable experience of coaching and training staff
• excellent communication skills
• good initiative and problem-solving skills
• experience of producing, changing and coordinating rosters
The successful applicant will also be expected to share in St Paul’s Cathedral’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. • Our holiday allowance is or 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
