Introduction

Come and join us on the Gosport peninsula. We seek a vicar who will lead us in our distinctively sacramental, socially inclusive, incarnational ministry, involving varied forms of worship and outreach, within a diverse parish.

You will help to guide a strong team of paid staff and volunteers, ordained and lay, and will have the vision and drive to support people on their journeys as disciples of Jesus Christ.

• Can lead and develop ministry across two distinct but connected communities
• Demonstrates pastoral care for a wide community facing economic pressures

• Understands the challenges facing working families in today’s economy
• Has vision for sustainable church growth whilst maintaining our community focus

This role offers an opportunity to lead two thriving churches with complementary ministries, serving communities that represent both traditional Anglican heritage and contemporary family-focused outreach.
