Priest in Charge for New Benefice in South Somerset

Abbas and Templecombe, Henstridge, Horsington, North Cheriton and Holton

Our newly formed benefice of five rural parishes in South Somerset is looking for a Priest in Charge to lead us in this new and exciting phase.

We can offer you:

• A friendly team of experienced lay worship leaders
• Excellent links with our local schools and the excitement of ‘Bubble Church’
• A supportive community with lots of groups and activities
• Administrative support from a paid Benefice Administrator
• A spacious home in beautiful rural Somerset with good transport links

• Is a confident leader and enabler with good communication skills
• Has a personal, prayerful biblical faith and a love for people of all ages
• Is adaptable and flexible
• Enjoys challenges and has a sense of humour
